  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides - Chicken flavor
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (5 oz.) canned chicken, drained
  • 2 slices American cheese or 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides - Chicken flavor according to package directions, stirring in corn and beans and canned chicken during last 2 minutes of cook time.
  2. Stir cheese into rice mixture and serve.

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 jar (1lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 12 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until done.
  2. Stir in Pasta Sauce and chili powder. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in macaroni and heat through.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 6 chicken legs with thighs, skin removed and separated into drumsticks and thighs
  • 1 1/2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, scrubbed and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 lb. carrots, thinly sliced
  • 3 medium rib celery, coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large deep nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken pieces, in batches if necessary. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and chopped garlic, if using, to same skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 12 minutes or until slighty softened.
  3. Stir in Sauce, vinegar and garlic powder, if using. Return chicken and juices to skillet and turn to coat with sauce. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

  • 8 ounces lean ground beef
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package Knorr® Fiesta Sides - Spanish Rice
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • 6 (10-in.) burrito size flour tortillas, warmed

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in water, Knorr® Fiesta Sides - Spanish Rice and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese; let stand 2 minutes.
  3. Spoon 3/4 cup rice mixture onto each tortilla; roll-up.

  • 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained (about 4 cups)
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.), divided
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni (about 1 oz.)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Combine spaghetti, eggs, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Evenly spread into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Evenly top with Pasta Sauce, then pepperoni and remaining cheese.
  2. Bake 35 minutes or until bubbling. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

  • 6 chicken legs with thighs, separated into drumsticks and thighs, skin removed if desired
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 packages Knorr® Fiesta Sides - Spanish Rice
  • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup green olives with pimento, chopped

Directions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a large deep nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook chicken, turning occasionally, 20 minutes or until browned and almost cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside. Add water to same skillet and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice. Return chicken to skillet; cover and cook 2 minutes. Reduce heat to a simmer, scatter peas and carrots over rice and cook 5 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  3. Sprinkle with olives; cover and let stand 2 minutes.
